United Airlines has launched a new MileagePlus Small Business Network that allows small businesses to earn miles for expenditures with Network partners, such as Dell, Staples, UPS and Energy Plus.
Enroll your business and earn 100 miles with eligible partners by Aug. 17, 2013 and you'll receive 1,000 bonus miles in your business account (which is separate from your personal MileagePlus account).
To become a Small Business Network member, the fine print states that the member must be a "business that is duly organized and validly existing in the United States under the laws of the jurisdiction of its organization."
Many of the partners in the Small Business Network also participate in the MileagePlus program, so you can earn miles for business-related products and services without registering for the Small Business Network. But there are new partners, including Chase Paymentech, which offers two miles per $25 of sales when you process your Visa and MasterCard sales with Paymentech plus 2,500 miles as a starting bonus.
