Bio
The Beginning: As a former marketing and merchandise presentation manager for a large menswear retailer, Randy spent much of his time flying and keeping accurate records of his mileage awards. "Nearly everyone I knew would come to me for advice on their frequent traveler programs." When it got to the point of constantly advising people, many which he had never met, Randy started his own newsletter and the business has grown ever since. In fact, it now consists of 12 separate businesses, all of which deal with frequent travel programs.
Personal
Randy currently resides on a ranch outside of Colorado Springs, CO, but maintains a very active schedule of worldwide travel tending to his business interests. His outside activities include snow skiing, watersports, reading, renovating houses and playing basketball.
Work
Randy is currently the Chairman and President of a number of travel related companies which began in 1986. These companies are involved in the collection, dissemination and customer service of frequent traveler program information. The executive office is located in Colorado Springs.

In fact, he has become the most quoted person in the world about frequent traveler programs. Randy is also a past member of the Executive Women's Travel Network Advisory Council. at their business travel seminars, conferences and other travel related functions. In addition, he has become a much-in-demand speaker on the subject of loyalty marketing and entrepreneurial businesses.
In The Works: Always busy, Randy is currently at work on a Mileage Donation Center for people to donate unused miles to charitable groups.
