Through Dec. 31, 2010, US Airways Dividend Miles members can earn double redeemable miles and double elite-qualifying miles on select routes on US Airways, US Airways Shuttle or US Airways Express.
Delta and American are also offering similar promotions, but with US Airways, the eligible cities can be the origin or the destination. With Delta and American, only flights that originate in the select cities will qualify.
Eligible cities include Pittsburgh, Raleigh/Durham, Boston, St. Louis, Richmond, San Diego and Minneapolis. Registration is required before you book and travel and each city has a separate registration page.

Wow... I only have to fly to or through non-hub airports to get these goodies. Who in their right minds flies into most of these cities (except for Boston or RDU?
And you have to register for EACH location? Give me a break!
This will help those folks using these limited number of airports, but for most of us US Airways frequents (I'm Chairmans) this doesn't do much.
Oh well, something from US Airways management is better than nothing, I guess.
